My internet connection is ok.

Before that was message "Continue installation without flag settings from https://clientsettingscdn.roblox.com/v2/settings/aplication/PCClientBootstraper"

Found the solution: use vpn

    Hello, I have fixed this problem using two solutions: Name Roblox folder in %localappdata% "Local-" , Changing Date and Time

    If Roblox from MS store crashes upon launching, try resetting the MS store by following this steps: type cmd in Windows Search box > Right click on Command Prompt > Run As Administrator > Type WSreset.exe and click Enter > Reboot your computer and try launching the game again.
