My internet connection is ok.

Before that was message "Continue installation without flag settings from https://clientsettingscdn.roblox.com/v2/settings/aplication/PCClientBootstraper"

Found the solution: use vpn

    Hello, i got the same problem, windows 11. i did all the steps, but, i dont have roblox studio on my computer yet and still didnt work.

    Please try uninstalling Roblox and reinstall it again. Do you still get the same error?
