All USB devices Disconnect randomly on Windows 11.

All of my USB devices randomly disconnect and will sometimes reconnect on their own in 10-20 seconds. Other times when they do not reconnect I have to completely restart the PC to get devices back working. I have tried uninstalling drivers for the USB roothubs and devices with no luck of a fix. I have not seen this issue addressed elsewhere or corrected. Other instances have not been similar to mine and this issue was non existent before upgrading to Win11. I even did a repair install of Win11 with no luck either. Any help or fixes would be greatly appreciated.

For the moment i found a solution for me. I don't know if is available for everybody but you can try. I found that one of services is creating that trouble with all USB. I deactivated and uninstalled the program WD Driver utility and now is working OK.

Thanks but I don't think that's related. I don't have it on my system. Most likely you have a Western Digital hard drive or a portable device?

In which case disabling this service might impact on your hard drive performance. I think it's merely a coincidence that the USB disconnection problems went away when you disabled this service.

Microsoft, we would really like a solution please. I have patched and updated windows. I have updated the chipset drivers. Still getting the data from USB devices disconnecting. I can't transfer files or even use File Explorer on external hard drives because the device keeps disconnecting (phones and hard drives, all using separate cables and even different USB ports). After a disconnect, file explorer will restart nearly immediately and I will have to go through the file trees again to get where I was and may get a couple of seconds into a transfer or viewing the contents of a folder and it will disconnect again starting the process over again and again. Note that the power on my phone stays connected the entire time. It is only the data connection that is being interrupted with me. If I turn off the data connection on the phone and use it only as a USB charger, I don't get any disconnecting/reconnecting power sounds on the phone. Only when I allow data transfer do I get the found new device sounds pinging multiple times per minute from either the phone, external drives, or computer. MS-7C95 motherboard.
