All USB devices Disconnect randomly on Windows 11.

All of my USB devices randomly disconnect and will sometimes reconnect on their own in 10-20 seconds. Other times when they do not reconnect I have to completely restart the PC to get devices back working. I have tried uninstalling drivers for the USB roothubs and devices with no luck of a fix. I have not seen this issue addressed elsewhere or corrected. Other instances have not been similar to mine and this issue was non existent before upgrading to Win11. I even did a repair install of Win11 with no luck either. Any help or fixes would be greatly appreciated.

This is happening always when i am trying to copy from an external HDD or SSD, in every port USB i have, on motherboard or case. I am not using any Windows optimizer software, i am not using any third-party update software to update drivers. USB ARE NOT DISCONNECTED when i am in SAFE MODE, they are working fine. Thank you for investigating.

Come on Microsoft, this is ridiculous! 70% of the population couldn't update existing hardware to W11 and those of us that did have to suffer without resolution. I've just bought a new USB 3.0 hub to try and resolve this annoying problem of random/constant disconnections but the issue is affecting this one too! Now it seems whatever USB port I plug into can be there one minute and not the next. We can't all have faulty equipment.

None of your proposed solutions work for me, besides how do you disable power management on a device that's there one second and not the next? I use my USB sockets frequently throughout the day, or at least I would like to but Windows 11 is letting me down badly.

I've done all the suggestions mentioned here, checked I have the latest chipset drivers and I've even updated my BIOS, all a complete waste of my time. For me personally restarting the computer doesn't fix these problems.
