All USB devices Disconnect randomly on Windows 11.

Sounds like a plan, often these things need a few days to test thoroughly. It would be interesting to see how that other mouse of yours behaves on another Windows 11 machine, it could be that other issue are at play too. Either way, I hope you have found your solution and please do come back and let us know how it goes.

So I've been using the HyperX mouse the rest of the day, not one disconnect has happened, which is mind blowing.

I have no idea what might've been the issue before. I'll continue using the HyperX for a bit to see if maybe it does revert the system to the disconnects. But up until now I had absolutely no problem. Might've been a microsoft issue? hyperX issue? USB driver issue? USB physical issue? at this moment i have not the slightest idea but I'll offer any findings with the hope that it'll help us figure out a solution.

Gabi, it's quite possible that like myself, your issue was not with your computer, but with a faulty peripheral. You mentioned your mouse as a possible culprit and mine turned out to be a faulty USB port on my USB hub.

Given that such a small number of people have actually contributed to this topic, that's quite likely the case. USB sockets go bad all the time, especially if you plug in some dodgy cheap flash drive, that was what damaged my socket, I was reviewing a free product for a well known shopping site, it didn't work and soon after I discovered all these disconnects happening. My fault for regularly using the same socket I suppose.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you anyway. Thankfully, since discovering the cause of my own issues, I've been trouble free for maybe 2-3 weeks now.

I've seen people saying it's the Intel CPU. My issues happened even though I have a Ryzen 5 5600x.

Others said it must be ASUS, I own no ASUS component, my motherboard is a Gigabyte B450M DS3H with its BIOS last updated in the spring of this year.

I also saw someone mentioning that it might be an Edge issue. I have had Edge turned off, from startup, since before my issues began, so that might not be it.
I use Edge, Chrome and Firefox. Firefox being my main browser, the other ones I use to test out web apps I build, compatibility stuff.

For my part, I totally forgot to use the other mouse that I presume is the culprit for my old USB issues and I changed back to it now.

I will test it for a day or two and come back with my findings. IF the issues reappear for me, then at least in my case it's 99.9% certain it's something to do with the HyperX Haste 1 mouse, either the device itself or its driver.

Other than that, I didn't change anything, I still use the front USB to a 4x USB Hub with my external drive and other devices and haven't had another USB disconnect for months.

I hope it'll last and that everyone will resolve their issue with these cursed disconnects, cause man, they ain't fun at all. [at least it helped me stop playing Valorant, lol]

Might be worth trying yourself if you disabled Edge from startup previously, otherwise it will add itself back to the startup apps.
