i have the exact same problem, i can use almost anything in the internet but not windows update or microsoft store, and my computer says i'm not connected to the internet... i tried both wi-fi and cable, but the problem happens both ways
How to fix Windows 11 saying i'm not connected to the internet but apps and browsers connect and work?
Windows 11 update is not working saying "We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet." (I checked and the windows update service is running), I tried the windows troubleshooter for network and internet and it says "Looks like you aren't connected to the internet." but all apps and browsers connect to internet fine. Today I tried a repair install of the new 23H2 update from the ISO and no luck with that, the troubleshooter and windows update still say no connection to internet. What now?

2024-04-29T21:41:24+00:00 It seems that problem with Windows is not at all Microsoft concern ?
It is unthinkable that there is no solution for this kind of trouble !

2024-04-10T07:29:15+00:00 Reason is Win 11
If you have more than 10 lines in an email or if you have not sent in the last hour Win 11 blames internet when actually poor win 11 design
So you need to redo again and send within the hour , redo on word and attach if more than 10 lines
That's how I have solved the poor internet design

Even the calculator, when i try to use currency converter = you are'nt connected
I was thinking that Microsoft could suggest to force a register (value) or a status : connected
