Open Disk Management, right-click the 647 MB partition and choose "Delete".

I receive install error "0x80070643"

Regarding the KB5034441 update:
Resizing the Recovery partition to 750 MB or more will fix the issue. The error 0x80070643 occurs due to a lack of free disk space in the Recovery partition. Many cases have been reported today (especially for Windows 10).

2024-01-10T02:20:24+00:00 Unfortunately, the system event log doesn't have any diskpart-related events.
After formatting the Recovery partition via Disk Management, please assign it a drive letter (S:)
Using File Explorer, see if you can create this folder:
S:\Recovery\WindowsRE
And copy winre.wim to that folder.
If that works, we may be able to complete the rest of the instructions using diskpart.
