I keep getting consistent bsod

This is what I found in event log

I have tried:

  • check, scan, restore health & scansfx in cmd and found no corrupt files
  • Doing full scan of the microsoft safety scanner and nothing wrong, too
  • Download win11 ISO: my PC can't run the setup & this event pop up:

    You do need to use a USB, it is the only way to run MemTest86.

    No guide on google on how to do it without USB

    No those are not the steps those are other options, just run the MemTest86 tool and it will automatically perform the tests.

    Hey, I don't have a usb (I'm a student).

    Is there any other way to scan ram error?

    Uninstall any of these non-Microsoft software:

    antivirus

    firewall

    drive encryption

    Make sure extract all is clicked.
