How do I get Windows 11 to detect my CD drive?

    That is the 'name' of my internal CD, written out as it appears:

    ATA hp PLDS DVDRW DU8AESH

    it is internal, installed with the PC

    connected

    shows - but dies not identify as an audio CD

    It formerly would trigger a popup asking for permission. now, when clicked on, looks to any audio files that may be on desktop.

    All iTunes options set properly.

    3. Newly refurbished PC, no drive installed at purchase. I installed once I received it.
    4. No error messages.
    5. Drive not listed on Device Manager. Drive has power however.
    6. Worked on eBay sellers system.
