Many people have wasted a lot of time on the correlation myth. There is a famous quote about it that makes it clear. "Almost 100% of killers ate bread in the week before their kills. Therefore bread causes murder."

Actually, a great deal of murders do happen over "bread" :)

Regarding the event viewer, this is often used by Indian call center scammers to demonstrate that your computer has a virus. A lot of people have never looked in there to see the shear amount of warnings and errors generated on a daily basis. It still beggars belief that even computer illiterate people can be caught by this, as when they've charged hundreds to fix the problem the event view will still show the same error messages.

My Elite 2 controller would do this as well. I think that issue is related to the MW3. Ricochet (Anti-Cheat) Driver resetting your controller.

Same issue since last windows update this month.... It appears to affect my Razer Tartarus Pro controller.... it drops out of use at random during MW3, haven't tried other games yet. When I exit into windows and go into the interface the keys on it still register in the sensitivity interface/settings.... Not sure if it's only related to the game or what.

if it is Explorer then the problem could be in Office but also it could be the Search Index. If the repair of office doesn't fix it you may have to rebuild the index.

This isn't office, this is windows explorer. But you're probably right that this thread is about something different.

I don't know enough to be able to fix this issue so I thought this metadata was the same as document metadata.
