unexpected store exception stuck in bios

My pc had a blue screen unexpected store exception.

Now every boot my pc is stuck in the bios. I unplugged all usb's apart from mouse and keyboard and have resetted bios settings to default. I have a kingston kc3000 m.2 ssd and an extra hdd. I was playing a game and had lots of chrome tabs open. Everything on the m.2 device list says not present! My ssd is only a year old. Ive tried reseating it and placing it in a different slot.

    Try switching SATA Mode to SATA to see if you can then see the drive in the installation.

    If not, set that setting in BIOS back to AHCI

    Go to the support page for your PC or motherboard, to download the chipset drivers installer, then use the steps provided by Intel on this link to extract out the drivers from that installer and put them in a folder on your USB.

    The sata mode is AHCI, i have disabled secure boot but the ssd still doesnt show up

    Did you disable Secure Boot in BIOS temporarily for the installation and if there is a SATA Mode setting what is that set to?

    My C drive doesnt show up on the windows installation screen. Only my hdd.

    If you have data on the drive that you do not have backed up, then when installing Windows, select the C drive partition and do not format that partition, if you format the partition, all your files would be deleted.
