Microsoft Sudoku not saving my daily challenge results

It finally appears someone has earned their wages after many months of a dysfunctional application. Anyone getting a bonus?

Yes, Nancykins, mine is now also behaving properly again, so I apologize if anyone was misled by my post. I went to the old adage: if all else fails, reboot. So I restarted my computer and my personal address on Mah Jong appeared again with all my statistics.

There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it, and saved games appear to differ from player to player... on my calendar, only 2 random games are [still] saved, but all the rest - including today's - after having completed all three games then closed the app, have returned to 0/3 status. In response to another player whose Mah Jong is now also misbehaving, I've just checked mine and that is still behaving normally.

I am not only experiencing this problem of not saving daily challenge on Microsoft Sudoku now, but, today, for the first time, also on Microsoft Mahjong. Any advice?

I was all caught up as of yesterday, despite having to play multiple times because of it not saving.

I made sure there were no 30 second ads played. I thought all was well when I ended yesterday with a completed calendar to date.

This morning, I see 0/3 for 05/07/2024 & 05/08/2024 (and today, of course). However, for some reason, 05/09/2024 shows 3/3 completed. I don't know if I'll replay them or not. This is so frustrating.
