I removed & reinstalled printer and it is working fine now. Keeping fingers crossed it stays like that

My printer has worked fine until a month or two. Since then it keeps going offline. I have updated software drivers etc. I need to poke around with troubleshooters etc every time to get it to work. It's then fine for that session but the problem comes back every time i turn it off. Is there any solution to this?

2024-05-25T22:10:15+00:00 This is an exceptionally frustrating issue. After the computer that was connected to the printer was updated (it hadn't been updated in quite some time, specifically to avoid such quirks), other network computers can no longer connect to the shared printer. Yes, we've cleared the spooler, yes we've tried reinstalling the printer from the networked computers. We see the printer, but can't connect.

About two-three months ago I found that after I power down my computer at night and boot up the next day, one of the printers, a late model Brother inkjet, remains off-line. The other, an Epson photographic printer, remains online. I've followed all advice found here and elsewhere, and nothing works. I am confident it comes from a Microsoft update but don't know which one. Am currently running Win 11 V. 23H2 (OS build 22631.3591). Both of my printer drivers are the latest.
Maybe Microsoft should us AI to find out where the problem is?
