My printer has worked fine until a month or two. Since then it keeps going offline. I have updated software drivers etc. I need to poke around with troubleshooters etc every time to get it to work. It's then fine for that session but the problem comes back every time i turn it off. Is there any solution to this?

My iPad prints ok. Not Windows 11. Before I was able to run a trouble shooter under printer settings but microsoft took that away. Anyway I uninstalled Nordvpn which has given me trouble with other functions. My printer works now. You have to be careful with these 3rd party apps.

Restarting the Print Spooler service fixed this problem for me.

I have an Epson ET-2760 that has worked without a hitch for two years. Now it keeps going "offline." I have had to connect with a USB cable to get it working, but every time I restart my computer, it goes back offline. I have unchecked the Print offline, which works for one print job, but that does not stay unchecked.

is this a problem from the latest Windows update or what?
