Printer keeps going "offline" Windows 11

My printer has worked fine until a month or two. Since then it keeps going offline. I have updated software drivers etc. I need to poke around with troubleshooters etc every time to get it to work. It's then fine for that session but the problem comes back every time i turn it off. Is there any solution to this?

Thanks very much for this, I tried it but unfortunately it didn't work. I don't have a tcp/ip port, the port that my printer is attached to is WSD. I clicked on configure port, but a message came up, operation not supported. Thanks anyway.I suspect the problem was caused by a windows 11 update this week, it was working fine before this update.RegardsKevin

    Hi,

    Try this solution:

printer -> properties -> ports -> configure tcp/ip port -> uncheck SNMP Status enabled

Finally it works in my case
