Even after updates still can't print from my Windows 11 PC, I can print from my aged Windows 10 laptop. Microsoft have fixed the bug that was dropping VPN connections, I hope they do the same with this one, it seems, to me, that its definitely a W11 bug.
Printer keeps going "offline" Windows 11
My printer has worked fine until a month or two. Since then it keeps going offline. I have updated software drivers etc. I need to poke around with troubleshooters etc every time to get it to work. It's then fine for that session but the problem comes back every time i turn it off. Is there any solution to this?

2024-05-18T20:25:01+00:00 Same problem. I can print from phone and tablet but not PC
Troubleshooter says the printer is not turned on - which it is and sitting right next to computer
Steady blue light on printer (HP Envy) which denotes Wi-Fi connection OK but just won't print!!
Tried restarting spooler services - No luck
Randomly did it before but troubleshooter usually fixed it - this time no success
Working fine one day, next day not a hope of a print

2024-05-10T08:05:24+00:00 Having seen all the other posts am sure it's the latest Windows 11 release. Like others I can print from anything other than my PC. Also the dropouts from my VPN are explained as noted in Windows update support: "Windows devices might face VPN connection failures after installing the update dated April 9, 2024, or later." I would have liked to know that before I installed the updates, and when it will be fixed!

2024-05-09T19:26:30+00:00 I have the same issue with an Epson ET-5180. I have it connected to my computer via a USB cable, and it still keeps going offline. I had that problem when I had it connected wirelessly. When I switched to USB mode, it worked great until last week (today is Thursday, 05/09/2024). Now it goes through the same frustrating problem. You get the same useless generic pat answers from Epson. I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it. It printed fine. When the printer goes to sleep (I guess that's what it's called), and I attempt to print something again, the printer is offline again and unable to print anything. Very Very frustrating!
