Printer keeps going "offline" Windows 11

My printer has worked fine until a month or two. Since then it keeps going offline. I have updated software drivers etc. I need to poke around with troubleshooters etc every time to get it to work. It's then fine for that session but the problem comes back every time i turn it off. Is there any solution to this?

    Unfortunately, I have removed and re-installed my printer so many times, and it only works temporarily... it randomly goes offline again eventually (even though it's not really offline).

    I have the same problem. My printer won't print without wifi, it says it's "Offline". I've tried your solution " click Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanner > Choose your printer and click Open print queue. Under Printer, please ensure "Use Printer Offline" is not selected. " But when I open the print queue and select the "Printers" it only gives me a drop down w/ 3 choices with checkboxes "OneNote(Desktop", "Microsoft print to PDF", and "EpsonD88DAT (ET-2760 Series)". The Epson is my printer, but if I check the box or don't nothing else comes up and with both choices, my printer won't print unless connected to the internet. I need to be able to print even if not on the internet. Windows 11

    This really is dreadful and can't imagine Microsoft hasn't completely found a fix for it. I have not had as much trouble since the last upgrade. Still happens sometime, says off line, they if I wait, in utter frustration, it will just start printing. This happens for both my Brother and Cannon printers. Come on Microsoft, you can do better than this.

    have fount that if I go to Print Spooler and turn it off, wait a few seconds, then turn it on, that helps as well. Should not be necessary.

    I just discovered something new that I did twice today to try to return the printer back online. A lot of previously noted successes worked for me as well, but the offline message would return when trying to print.

    I tried the "Get Help" app again but went deeper for more troubleshooting options and came upon the option to "Restart the Wi-fi Adapter".

    I clicked on it and waited a bit until it was done. Then I went to HP Smart app to see if the printer was back online. It was and I was able to immediately print. It was successful twice today.

    I hope it sticks and I hope this will help others.
