Your solution did not work for me either. Under Printer, there was no option you called "Use Printer Offline". I have been having this problem for over a year. I have to shut down my computer and then when I come back on, voila, Windows 11 has somehow figured out that my printer in NOT offline. I have never had my IPhone think that my printer is offline. This is ridiculous performance by Windows 11.
Printer keeps going "offline" Windows 11
My printer has worked fine until a month or two. Since then it keeps going offline. I have updated software drivers etc. I need to poke around with troubleshooters etc every time to get it to work. It's then fine for that session but the problem comes back every time i turn it off. Is there any solution to this?

2024-12-02T18:04:18+00:00 Epson printer, WiFi connected, Dell laptop, Win11.
Computer thinks printer is off line after every time computer goes into screensaver.
My solution is to send the print job, get the error message "printer off-line", then re-boot. When the computer is on and I log in, the printer prints what I sent before re-booting.
I've wasted enough time trying to fix this - I just plan on extra time for every print task.
