Accidentally locked my laptop from my Microsoft Account. How to unlock the device

So where is the solution to this massive problem. Under devices in my account it doesnt give an option to unlock just to lock. The laptop want a pin then an admin access yet no way for an admin to log in WTH are we supposed to do.

It doesnt work my laptop only gives option of a pin. But anything I enter sez needs an admin to log in yet thee is no way to get to a log in screen

Listen up! There is a way to unlock your computer without doing a complete swipe. It took me 2 hours after I found a person in microsoft to assist me. Do not attempt this without their assistance. you have to open in safe mode and type in specific code. I do not have it readily available. BUT it CAN be done.

Tried entering the password but its looking for the PIN and will not recognise the PIN

I don't seem to have that simple an option. When I get to the log in screen I am able to log on. Yet I have an email saying that my Device has been locked. This was done in error, how do I reverse and unlock?
