There is no Unlock option in Microsoft Account.

I have to use a PIN to unlock, I'm and administrator, and it won't unlock and there's no way to find the device and "unlock" it, nor am I allowed to use another user ID or press Cntrl+Alt+Del. We can lock it all day long, but no way to unlock it. Pissed.
