Accidentally locked my laptop from my Microsoft Account. How to unlock the device.

There is no Unlock option in Microsoft Account.

Can you please suggest how to Unlock my device ?

    I change my password in my other laptop, and I can't use it know, appears in the screen that the username or password is incorrect. I can't not use it, what I need to do to unlock it?

    I have a login that requires a pin - when I put the pin in it then says ' An administrator needs to sign in first" but I do not know who the administrator is - presume it is me - but have no pin for administrator to sign in with - need desperately some help - my laptop is unuseable.

    I basically had to do a factory reset. I tried calling support, but they wanted to charge me to help, so I just figured it out on my own.
