How do I delete copilot from my pc? I don't want it. I never asked for it. I hate it.

I was able to get rid of copilot. I think I just used google and asked "how to get rid of copilot" and it worked. No problems after I deleted this stuff. Why does MS think they can just throw junk up against a wall and ppl will drop dead loving it? They have WAY too many programs with LOTS of time on their hands. Thus, we wind up with stuff like that.

I hate it too, I never asked for it and besides now my windows 365 bill increased more that 40% because of the copilot. I have not been able to disable it !!!

I'm about to do the same. I get so fed up with Microsoft forcing us to use what they deem we want. I want nothing to do with AI. I'm tired of trying to do a search and the first 10 results are different AI stories.

I've tried doing this before and haven't been successful, but if it won't delete, I'll buy a barebones laptop and install Linux from there.

It is extremely bothersome! Microsoft Support has failed to assist me in deleting Copilot . . . on two separate occasions. During both landline conversations, it seemed as though they still have not figured how to get rid of it. Suggested that I use Outlook instead of Chrome. Problem remains unresolved!

One would think with all of Microsoft's chatter about how much they care about the end user, they'd make it easier for the end user to opt out of controversial products they don't want. Say with a clearly labeled toggle switch? But no, we all know the real reason AI is being forced on us is that using it to gather and act on data about end users and their behaviors, preferences, habits, needs, etc is literally a multi-trillion dollar cash cow. Like the opioid crisis created by the medical industrial complex because profits are more important than people, we the people are sacrificed yet again on the altar of corporate greed.

Maybe they could at least come down from the ivory tower and participate in the "not Microsoft directly" discussions about how incredibly frustrated the end user is with their garbage policies and total lack of regard for customer needs.
