I had the same issue, check vendor specific updates first, had an old(ISH) Dell unit with same error, TPM etc critical updates needed to be installed.

I am getting a warning in Windows 11 that "memory integrity is off" and it may make my PC vulneable. t suggests incompatible drivers might b the problem and tells me not to dete them but doesn't tell me what to do. Groan. I thought I had waited long enough for this OS to be cleaned up and working properly. I was wrong.

Registry tweak to turn off outdated CD ROM driver PXHIpa64.sys if that is the outdated driver noted when you try turning the security setting on; it was for me. Once out you can turn on the memory integrity. CD ROM should now work with cdrom.sys as its driver, if you are using optical drives. There’s specifics on this on YouTube showing the hive path. Easy fix actually.

2025-04-24T16:23:41+00:00 On my computer there is no "Kernel Isolation Details" on the right, and finally "Turn on "Memory Integrity".
Instead there is "Core isolation details", On that page there is a denied (grayed-out) switch named "Kernel-mode hardware forced stack protection", and a red warning: "Memory integrity must be enabled to use this feature."
I couldn't find any information about how to enable memory integrity.

2025-04-24T17:56:27+00:00 See if it shows what is preventing. On my system it pointed to an old CD driver as the cause. I renamed it .old in the drivers folder, and made a change in registry where it appeared. After restarting the memory integrity feature was fully enabled.
