- Were there any special events in the device before the problem occurred? For example, system update, driver update, application update, BIOS update?
- Is the situation the same if you start Windows with a more basic system setup (for example, Safe Mode)? Start your PC in safe mode in Windows - Microsoft Support
- When the phenomenon occurs, are there any event logs recorded on the system that may be close to the point in time of the phenomenon? Event Viewer | Microsoft Learn
- If possible, is the situation the same after you perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver? This is not limited to graphics drivers; testing the monitor's drivers as well as the firmware may also be an option worth considering.
- If possible, is the situation the same when you connect the monitor to other Windows devices?
