Monitor settings randomly change

I've been experiencing an issue with my Philips monitor where the SmartImage feature unpredictably switches to "Racing" mode on its own. Despite manually disabling this setting, it often reactivates itself multiple times until it finally remains off, only to recur upon restarting my PC or monitor. This problem emerged just last week, despite my having used this new PC and monitor setup for nearly a year without any similar issues. I've meticulously reviewed most of the accessible settings without identifying any that could be causing this behavior. Additionally, I've explored the monitor's on-screen menu but found nothing that explains the automatic switch to "Racing" mode, leading me to suspect it might be related to a setting on my PC. However, I've yet to pinpoint exactly what could be triggering this. If anyone has insights or suggestions on how to resolve this, your advice would be immensely valuable.     I found an optional Windows update 1.68.3815.0 which seems to have fixed it on my Windows 10 PC and Philips PHL226E9Q monitor. I can now turn off SmartImage and it stays off, at last!

    Just curious what happens when you reinstall HP One Agent along side the optional update "HP Inc. - SoftwareComponent - 1.68.3814.0". I have once stopped the HP One Agent and in my memory the 'racing mode' problem stayed. After installing this optional update on June 28th the 'racing mode' issue is gone on my system which runs HP One Agent.

    I fixed the issue basically by uninstalling the hp one agent. Sometime Windows update install it again and the issue occurs again. Then i uninstall it again.

    IMPORTANT AND LATEST UPDATE JUNE, 28th 2024

    After my bad experience yesterday I learned today the availability of a new HP Inc. SoftwareComponent update through the regular Windos Update Optional Updates. The numer of this HP optional update is: 1.68.3814.0

    I did take the risk and installed this version. After a reboot the 'racing mode' issue didn't occur so far. I am now running over 6 hour after a reboot and keep my fingers crossed. The ProcInfo.exe file does no longer get installed his time. Keep in mind that ProcInfo.exe was the program which caused (in my humble view) the bad behavior of my Philips 346E2C monitor.
