Windows 11, forgot pin and can't use other sign in options

I tried logging in with my fingerprint but some reason it didn't work and then said needs pin to sign in, I can't log in to my laptop at all, I forgot my pin and I unfortunately don't have my pin with me to type it out ( I usually have my passwords and pins written down somewhere incase I forget). It doesn't have the "I forgot my pin" option at all and tried disabling the secure boot option in BIOS, didn't do anything. I tried holding down shift+ restart to try entering to safe mode, did not work. I do not want to reset my laptop to lose all of my stuff and I'm at my wits end with this, how do I solve this?

    Hi Martin

    At step 4 when i type wpeutil reboot and enter it restarts the computer but just put me back to the Lenovo logon screen

    Jeśli nie możesz zalogować się do komputera z systemem Windows 11, ponieważ zapomniałeś kodu PIN i nie możesz skorzystać z innych opcji logowania, np. odcisku palca, poniżej znajdziesz kilka kroków, które możesz wykonać, aby odzyskać dostęp bez resetowania laptopa:

    1. Uruchom w Advanced Boot Options :  Uruchom ponownie komputer i gdy tylko pojawi się logo Windows, naciśnij i przytrzymaj przycisk zasilania, aby wymusić wyłączenie. Powtórz ten proces dwa razy. Przy trzecim uruchomieniu system Windows powinien przejść do środowiska Automatic Repair.
    2. Stamtąd przejdź do „Rozwiązywanie problemów” > „Opcje zaawansowane” > Wiersz polecenia. Spowoduje to otwarcie wiersza polecenia przed uruchomieniem systemu Windows.
    3. Zastąp Menedżera narzędzi Wierszem poleceń : W wierszu poleceń wpisz następujące polecenia i naciśnij klawisz Enter po każdym poleceniu: 
       c:
 cd windows\system32
 ren utilman.exe utilman.exe.bak
 copy cmd.exe utilman.exe
      Spowoduje to zastąpienie menedżera narzędzi na ekranie logowania wierszem poleceń.
    4. Wpisz i naciśnij Enter, aby ponownie uruchomić komputer.wpeutil reboot
    5. Na ekranie logowania kliknij ikonę Menedżera narzędzi. Powinno to spowodować otwarcie wiersza poleceń.
    6. W wierszu poleceń wpisz poniższe polecenie i naciśnij Enter: 
       net user /add [username] [password]
 net localgroup administrators [username] /add
      Zastąp i żądaną nazwą użytkownika i hasłem. Spowoduje to utworzenie nowego konta administratora.[username][password]
    7. Możesz teraz zalogować się na nowe konto, które powinno mieć uprawnienia administratora i umożliwiać zresetowanie kodu PIN lub hasła do oryginalnego konta.
    8. Uruchom następujące polecenie: 
       takeown /f %windir%\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC /r /d y
 icacls %windir%\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC /grant administrators:F /t
    9. Przejdź do poniższej ścieżki i usuń całą zawartość tego folderu: 
       C：\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC
    10. Spróbuj zalogować się i zresetować kod PIN poprzedniego konta.

    Bardzo chciałbym zapytać o inny sposób ponieważ w swoim laptopie

    nie zawieram pliku " utilman.exe ". A za każdym razem gdy wpisuję podaną frazę

    z występującym " utilman.exe " piszę pod spodem, że nie znaleziono podanego

    pliku.

    Hi Martin

    The ASUS laptop goes to X:\windows\system32 when in CMD with no utilman - if I go to c::\windows\system32 I can commit the CMD command but I get no Utilman or CMD on the next reboot - I assume Utilman gives the accessability list - the list disappears and I get nothing. How do I get past this ?

    X: say BOOT and C: says OS
