My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

End.

I have had the same problem with an Epson printer. I previously had an HP printer. After much playing around and looking at stuff running in the background: The problem appears to be a conflict with the HP Print Scan Doctor Service. After removing it the problem stopped.
