This appears to have worked for my Epson WF-4820:

My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!
End.

This has been suggested from the start and it does not work.
That was the first thing I tried. It didn't work. Turning off the information notifications appears to have worked. It stopped printing the message every time I wake up my PC at least for the time being.
