Yes. The same issue here. Only since I've installed Windows 11.
Anyone has a solution yet?

My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!
End.

Not yet, still waiting for someone from Microsoft to let us know what the issue is. The only thing I've seen from them is restart the spooling services which obviously does not fix the issue.
I have the same problem with my Epson XP-7100 clicking and then printing out numerous pages of GET/eSCL/ScannerStatus HTTP/1.1. I did the Win +R and the Win +S procedures and it says that my printer is working properly. This is a new Wndows 11 issue that needs fixed by Microsoft. Please advise how this is being corrected.
My Epson ET-3710 sits there and you can hear the print head going back and forth. If I print a "Test Page", the message will then print on the same page as the Epson "Test Page" and then the printer will stop as long as I'm using my computer. Once my computer goes to sleep and then wakes up it goes though the same thing over again. It's a real pain.
This isn't just a Windows 11 problem. I have it on a wi-fi Windows 10 and a desktop USB Windows 11 to Epson WF 4740.
