My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

MadMike in tab 42 has come up with the best solution.
It seems that this problem is caused by HP trying to find out the status of some printer.
If you use the TEMP in front of all of the HP related folders like he suggested, it should work.
It worked for me.

Sadly, I have had this going on for over 2 years now.
Right when the upgrade from 10 to 11 was offered in the Fall-like maybe October or November of that year. I stumbled upon a solution after about 3 or 4 months of it and couldn't ever find that solution again but it was pretty detailed and much more in depth than what we are doing here. It involved going into the cmd screen and entering stuff and I was terrified I was going to come out the other side with some man in Russia running my computer. LOL! When Windows did an update the Spring after that -3 or 4 months later- it came back and has been going ever since until I found a work around in this thread from daniel1. That worked and when there was an update a few weeks after it, it came back and I just went back in and did the same Daniel1 fix again and it has so far stuck. I printed it out and it is on the wall in my office. My laser cartridges are $150/each and no joke!
P.S. and MS admits it is their error and not that of the printer company's! If you google it, there is a post back in October 2023 where MS admits they are currently attempting to "fix" the error. No one hold their breath for that...
Maybe you could repost the solution for all and sundry?
