My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

End.

    UPDATE!!!

Microsoft still leaving files behind causing the printer to send the scanner error.

I thought the fix I applied worked but I apparently missed something.

My screen saver kicked in and when I got back to my pc, it started the grunting noises and spewed out the scanner errot msg.

I stopped the spooler and found some files there using that command. Deleted them and started the spooler again.

Five months Microsoft. Please fix this,

Here are the latest leftover files:

My Epson ET-15000 still does this continuously. I've done all these "fixes" and nothing works. I've contacted Epson and they refer me to MS. Any chance Microsoft is going to fix this? It only started happening once I connected a USB for direct print instead of wireless
