My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

Reinstalling Windows 11 (retaining apps and files) solved the problem for me.

2023-09-05T21:49:21+00:00 This issue began when I replaced an HP Office Jet....but the issue is with my Epson KP4100 when writing checks...it has ruined numerous checks and I have tried everything suggested.....anyone else having the issue with only one printer?

2023-09-01T00:38:34+00:00 I had the same problem. Due to other problems, a Microsoft technician reinstalled Windows 11 (keeping apps and files). That fixed the other problems and this printer problem.
