GET /eSCL/ScannerStatus HTTP/1.1The question is how do I stop it.

My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

End.

I'm in the same boat - didn't happen until recently. Using USB for Epson ET-4760. Have tried the 'fixes' to no avail. AARG!

We did 4 windows updates last night hoping it would fix the Epson printing problem GET /eSCL/ScannerStatus HTTP1.1 Host: localhost would go away. It did not. The same issue happened when we turned the printer on this morning.

I think you will find that that doesn't work (it was one of the very first things most of us will have tried) and to ask for 'paypal-ing our gratitude' .... well, I have seen everything now...hilarious !
