My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

End.

This does not work. Have performed this now 3 times. Still get the printout.

I spoke with Epson, they said this is a Microsoft problem. Its happening with several different brands. Not a user install issue.

I could never solve the issue. I have now set up my printer without the USB cable and have not had any more issues. I just wish that the update Microsoft did back in January would not have caused such a headache, wasting toner and paper.
