My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

    I do not have internet in my shop and have to use personal hotspot. So the usb has to be attached.

    we dont have a usb, our printer is wireless, and it still consumes ink And paper

    Just unplug USB cable and use your printer only through wifi. Problem Solved and it works for me every time.

    Honestly, I am waiting for the class action attorneys to get involved with this so we can get compensated for hours and hours and hours of trying to fix it and ream after ream of paper and ink.
