My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

End.

I have done both, and this morning when I came in to my office, there was 6 pages of this message printed out of my printer on my check blanks. I spoke with brother, and they sent me to microsoft. I tried calling microsoft and was told that I don't have a support plan. Is there anything that can be done about this?

    Hi Mary,

Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printer & scanner > scroll down and select Related Settings (this will open the box labelled Printer Service Properties > Select the Advanced Tab > disable or untick show information notifications for local printers > click apply & OK.

    Good luck

I get all the wlay through until 'advanced' and 'disable or untick show information notifications for local printers,' there is no advance tab and when I search for 'disable or untick show information notifications for local printers,' I get the same directions but again, no 'advanced' tab.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thank you.
