My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!
End.

I have a Et-2800 printer, delete Go into your app uninstall, fine the HP Print Scan Doctor Service in your app and uninstall it, then you restart your computer. it should work. I have no problems at all now.
Good luck!
I did this and after 24 hours it started again. so frustrating
Your are wrong Palcouk. Over 700 complaints of the same thing on any number of printers and computers tells me it is a Microsoft problem. I reset both computer and printer to factory specs and let Microsoft load the drivers and it still hasn't fixed the issue. Nor has any of the dozens of so called "fixes" posted on the internet. This also occurs with WIFI connected printers not just usb ones.
I deleted HP print scan doctor and then deleted the two associated programs from the programs director and it continues to spit out the error page.
