My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

End.

    Hi,

Go into your website app and fine Hp Print /scan doc. delete it. That should work and restart your computer. My works like a charm.

    Thanks

I tried your instructions, but they did not work. I have an hp Envy laptop running windows 11. I am USB connected to my Epson ET-3760 printer. I bought the GeekSquad annual tech support contract, but they have not been able to fix the problem either. The problem appears to be with Windows 11. Please update your suggested instructions to fix this.

I have an hp envy windows 11 and ET-3760 Epson printer. This problem has been happening for at least two months now. I have followed your instructions dated Feb 2, 2023. If it works, you won't hear from me again. If not, I'll be back.

Interesting. I have Epson 4760 at work and this did not work. Here at home I have an old HP Envy 5530 and have never had the problem.

Finally, this solution is working for me. I'm using Win 11 and an Epson XP-4100 printer. After following these instructions about six days ago, the issue has NOT returned. I have retained a copy of these steps in the event some future Windows update resets the software. NOTE that these steps are all within Windows settings which is where the problem apparently originates.
