GET /eSCL/ScannerStatus HTTP/1.1The question is how do I stop it.

I had this issue until I went too the printer property, and found that the system box was checked, I clicked on my user ( admin name) that fixed it for me.

To add a potential fix into the mix, I was able to solve this for 2 of my users with USB connected Brother printers by going into Task Scheduler, Expanding out Task Scheduler Library > HP > HP Print Scan Doctor, and changing "Print Health Monitor" and "Print Health Monitor Logon" to Disable.

These computers do not have HP printers, are not HP computers, and should in no way have had this HP software, but disabling it resolved the issue of the 1 page error printing.

Alright, Daniel! I did this suggestion just now so fingers crossed. Will report back tomorrow and let you know if it worked. I do have an HP printer AND an HP computer and there is only 1 printer (one of 3 HP printers and the only one that has to be USB connected) that is USB connected. I did your suggestions so hopefully it works. I have deleted that HP Print/Scan Doctor so many times and while it does stop the messages for a few hours, it always loads it back on the system when the computer restarts so it is only temporary. I am not sure how it is getting loaded back on again but it is. If you attempt to google how to remove it from your system completely, it is hard to find any solution as most of them tell you how to use it even when you are entering "remove HP PrintScan from my computer" so it is obvs a garbage program HP/MS enjoy loading us with.

Thanks for responding.

I too, believe that this is a Microsoft op sys problem.

I am now in the habit of turning off my Epson printer when I want to print something on my HP.

It should be an easy fix for them.

Is microsoft actually doing anything to correct this problem?
