GET /eSCL/ScannerStatus HTTP/1.1The question is how do I stop it.

I checked out my Task Schedular Library folder and I do not have the HP Print Scan Doctor or the Print Health Monitor.

I am running an OMEN PC with Windows 11 and this is getting really frustrating.

I can imagine it is for a lot of people.

It is now at the stage where the Epson printer will make a noise, but not print out the lines until I go to make a copy and what do I get?

The tray does not come out, the paper shoots across the floor, and when I pick it up, there are the 2 lines at the top of the page.

Microsoft has really got to fix this.

Like I said earlier, with the different types of printers it is happening to, this has got to be systemic to the windows operating system.

Ok. I just got this from a Daniel Pratt1 on another post on this same issue on this same Microsoft Community. Here is what he offered. He stated that his 2 users did not have HP printers nor HP computers. He said that his computers all had this HP PRint and Scan Doctor and should not have had it because none of the products are HP so it is something that MS is installing automatically in this Windows 11 I suppose? I am not tech savvy enough to know.

I DO have all of those. I have 2 wireless enabled printers and 1 HP computer and 1 USB cable demand laserprinter by HP (3 total printers, only the one that requires a USB cable has printed this mess of pages for the last 2 years) and here is the solution I used yesterday afternoon that has lasted for the 24 hours so far. 🤞I hope I don't jinx myself in reposting that it has worked. LOL! That has happened with other solutions. I have deleted HP Scan doctor multiple times, but it reinstalls it after the computer restarts.

This was Daniel Pratt1's suggestion:

going into Task Scheduler, Expanding out Task Scheduler Library > HP > HP Print Scan Doctor, and changing "Print Health Monitor" and "Print Health Monitor Logon" to Disable.

To add a potential fix into the mix, I was able to solve this for 2 of my users with USB connected Brother printers by going into Task Scheduler, Expanding out Task Scheduler Library > HP > HP Print Scan Doctor, and changing "Print Health Monitor" and "Print Health Monitor Logon" to Disable.

These computers do not have HP printers, are not HP computers, and should in no way have had this HP software, but disabling it resolved the issue of the 1 page error printing.

24 hours in and this solution is still working! I am going to say Thanks, Daniel Pratt 1!

Go into your app and fine! HP Print/Scan Doctor and delete it. and restart your computer it should work.
