My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

Look everything you mentioned I have done and more than once. I need Microsoft to respond with a real solution to this problem rather than a cut and paste fix. From the research I've done it appears to be a problem with the Windows 11 upgrade which I am running. I believe this is a problem created by Microsoft and Epson also agrees. I need answers!

Might be related. I am having the same issue with WF 4740 Epson. My anti virus protection keeps wanting to check an Epson USB but I cannot find it anywhere in my system. Just what not why. Bruce Fisher
