My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

    I've noticed this thread is getting active again, so I'll repost the solution that ended the suffering of my 2 users back in early February...

    I was able to solve this for 2 of my users with USB connected Brother printers by going into Task Scheduler, Expanding out Task Scheduler Library > HP > HP Print Scan Doctor, and changing "Print Health Monitor" and "Print Health Monitor Logon" to Disable.

    These computers do not have HP printers, are not HP computers, and should in no way have had this HP software, but disabling it resolved the issue of the 1 page error printing.

    P.S. and MS admits it is their error and not that of the printer company's! If you google it, there is a post back in October 2023 where MS admits they are currently attempting to "fix" the error. No one hold their breath for that...

    Yes this is definitely one of the wonderful improvements from Microsoft Windows 11. Microsoft has now had a good year to fix this and still... Crickets.

    Sadly, I have had this going on for over 2 years now.

    Right when the upgrade from 10 to 11 was offered in the Fall-like maybe October or November of that year. I stumbled upon a solution after about 3 or 4 months of it and couldn't ever find that solution again but it was pretty detailed and much more in depth than what we are doing here. It involved going into the cmd screen and entering stuff and I was terrified I was going to come out the other side with some man in Russia running my computer. LOL! When Windows did an update the Spring after that -3 or 4 months later- it came back and has been going ever since until I found a work around in this thread from daniel1. That worked and when there was an update a few weeks after it, it came back and I just went back in and did the same Daniel1 fix again and it has so far stuck. I printed it out and it is on the wall in my office. My laser cartridges are $150/each and no joke!
