My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

End.

I tried your fix. I also have an Epson printer. At first it just started printing that "bad" message. Shut off the printer, turned back on and thus far no problems. Will see what happens going forward.

    I didn't do an update,

I update my firmware on my Epson printer and that's when mine started.

I think I solved it with the suggestion from IDK47 19 August 23:
I have an Epson printer now, but HAD an HP before, which I had deleted. When I checked on what was running at startup (enter services.msc at RUN) there was an HP service running: HP Print Scan Doctor Service I disabled that after rightclicking on it

This seems to have worked, it’s been four days and it hasn’t happened once. It was starting to happen about every day, sometimes multiple times a day. Thank you!
