Not yet, still waiting for someone from Microsoft to let us know what the issue is. The only thing I've seen from them is restart the spooling services which obviously does not fix the issue.
GET /eSCL/ScannerStatus HTTP/1.1The question is how do I stop it.
My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!
End.

2023-03-14T18:45:06+00:00 Yes. The same issue here. Only since I've installed Windows 11.
Anyone has a solution yet?

2023-03-13T16:09:49+00:00 I have the same problem happening with my Epson ET 3750, however I notice one difference, This does not happen when my computer comes out of sleep mode, it only happens after I connect to the internet. It then prints Get /eSCL/ScannerStatus HTTP/1:1 Host: localhost" at the top of a page. The print job doesn't finish, but continues to click waiting for the print finish instructions. Is there any way to send someone the "bill" for the cost of paper, ink and time????

2023-03-08T15:32:13+00:00 I have a Brother MFC-L37500CDW multi-function printer/scanner. Was working fine. Upgraded to Windows 11 and now whenever it wakes up from sleeping, it prints a 2-line page saying:
Get /eSCL/ScannerStatus HTTP/1.1
Host: Localhost
Uninstalled Printer, reinstalled -- no change
Updated printer firmware -- no change
Switched USB cable to another USB port -- no change
From what I have seen on multiple forums, this is happening with multiple printers and multiple brands. The only constant is they are all connected via USB and all started happening when upgraded to Windows 11.
I'm having the same issue with my Epson ET-3710 printer. When Windows wakes up my printer starts printing the above message. Unfortunately, the print head goes back and forth and it continues. The only way I can stop it is to print out a "Test Page" and the message will be printed on the top of the page then the test page is printed below it. Printer is okay until Windows goes back to sleep and when it wakes up I go through the same thing again. I need help from Windows with this issue.

2023-03-06T17:48:31+00:00 This still seems to be an issue. I have not seen any reply from Microsoft with an actual resolution. Can someone please, see if this is a bug within the latest updates? Or let us know what to do to fix this issue? It is with multiple manufacturers and seems to be an issue with those connected via USB.
