For me, disabling AirPrint on the printer was the SOLUTION. Confirmed after several days.
GET /eSCL/ScannerStatus HTTP/1.1The question is how do I stop it.
My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!
End.

2023-04-20T14:47:46+00:00 Hi Nathan
I have done that and it still keeps printing.
If I forget to shut off my printer at night, I have a 1" stack of papers that have printed.
It is getting very frustrating.
Thanks for trying though.

2023-04-18T14:16:16+00:00 Thank you for the suggestion John. My printer is on the other side of my office so it never occurs to me until it starts printing. I just put a post-it note on my computer to remind me to hit the cancel print button (because that is more convenient than Microsoft finding a fix...)! At least I will get exercise walking back and forth to the printer??
