My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

End.

This does not fix the issue.

Only uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling using wifi connection solves the issue. It appears that when you use a USB connection is when the message prints upon wake up.

I think it was an update that caused the trouble because I’m still running Windows 10 and was getting the same printed message. I finally solved it by uninstalling and reinstalling my printer drivers (Brother & Epson) using only the wifi and mobile print features. None of my printers are on USB and the problem has been solved.

    Voglio tornare a windows 10 E' POSSIBILE?

    Grazie.

Do you know if the customer had an HP installed previously?

Please try the following two suggestions one at a time.

Suggestion 1) Disable any HP or other manufacturer services

    1. On the keyboard press Windows Key +R
    2. Type in services.msc
    3. Find any other manufacturer service and disable them. (HP Print Scan Doctor Service,  HP Network Devices Support)

Suggestion 2) Disable Windows local notifications

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Select Bluetooth & Devices.
    3. Select Printers & scanners.
    4. Scroll down to Related settings section, then select Print server properties.
    5. Select the Advancedtab.

    6. Remove the check from Show informational notifications for local printers.

    7. Select OK.
