I do that that update; however, the issue is the same.

My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

2023-07-27T17:55:22+00:00 That's BS. It's a WIN 11 issue across most brands of printers. Scroll down to see the update that I applied just now and it worked.
