My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

Got to Windows update on your pc and look for "2023-07 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5028254."
That's BS. It's a WIN 11 issue across most brands of printers. Scroll down to see the update that I applied just now and it worked.
Thank you for the info! I completed the updated and it appears to work. My printer has not printed the page with a print job or when it "wakes up". Fingers crossed! I can't keep wasting this much papers.
Windows update on your computer. In the search bar type "win" and the first result will be check for updates. Look for "2023-07 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5028254)." Problem solved.
