My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

    So much for wishful thinking. I got the printout again just now when I woke the computer.

    Off to see how to switch to wifi printing.

    I tried that also and it didn't work. I ultimately had to go to the wifi setting and take off the usb cable but Microsoft needs to get an update to fix the problem when using the USB cable

    I tried that also, it worked for a couple of days and then it started again.

    Every time I try something it seems to work for a couple of days and starts again.

    So frustrating.

    I am hopeful that I have resolved the problem on my Brother HL-L2370DW. Per a suggestion from Brother, I went to Printers and Scanners (had to search and go directly as my Settings menu does not have a Bluetooth & Printers option).

    Under Printers & Settings, select Related Settings

    Then select the Advanced Tab and

    Deselect "Show Informational Notifications For Local Printers"

    It has been over 24 hours now without a "Get /eSCL/ScannerStatus HTTP/1.1 Host: Localhost"
