My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

    I did that and it did not work. However, I am running some tests right now that may be promising. I got an Epson Connect software update and so far, initial tests are running error free.

    Two more tests to go. Will post results shortly.

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Click Bluetooth & Devices.
    3. Click Printers & scanners.
    4. Scroll down until you get to the "Related settings" category. ...
      • On mine I had to click "Print server properties"
    5. Click the Advanced tab.
    6. Remove the check from Show informational notifications for local printers.
      • You can remove the other notifications in there as well.
    7. Click Apply → OK.

    Agree, not to mention the collective waste of paper. Not so bad for me as I'm retired and my printing is just for me personally so it doesn't matter if I use the paper for most things, but for anyone in a business setting, it's a bit crazy. Hope they can fix it.
