My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

End.

    Well, my saga continues.

As soon as I deleted the HP app, my Epson printer printed that message 3 times on the same page.

I turned off the printer and went into another room.

Came back and there was a page of paper sticking out from my turned-off printer with the same message.

Next day, I switched the usb printer cable to a different port and am now back to 1 time a day, between 6 and 6:15 pm EST.

Daniel, after 10 quiet days, the printer message appeared again. Went immediately to your Task Scheduler solution and sure enough the HP print health monitor had switched back to active. I changed them again to Disable. Question is there any way to disable them permanently? Thanks

    Greetings,

I found the HP print doctor in my app list.

As soon as I uninstalled, the Epson printer printed out the message.

    Strange.

I fixed the issue with my Epson XP-4100 several weeks ago using a series of steps that I found and re-posted here. A few days ago, I received a software update from Epson, following which the issue returned. I rechecked all my previous steps and nothing had changed, so, as you suggested here, I went looking for the HP Scan Doctor and went through those steps. At least fur now that seems to have fixed the problem.

I have a brother printer, usb connected and an hp printer connected, I've been pumping aout error messages, I strongly recommend checking if you have HP Print Scan Doctor in your Task Scheduler and disabling both Printer Health Monitor and Printer Health Monitor Logon. Diabling these has stopped my issue. Thank you!
